Through careful canopy managmenent in the vineyard that encourages a specific ripeness and ony possible in certain vintages, Aura is a wine designed in a Montrachet style. While Aura certainly gives a clear expression of elegant yet complex boquet, balanced with the tropical fruit on the palate, Aura is a distinct approach to vinifying Blanc du Bois.
Our own blend of Muscat Blanc and Roussanne grapes producing florals, apple and tropical fruits on the nose. Slight acidity enhances the tropical fruit flavors with hints of pineapple and apple. Goes great with light fare such as a fruit and cheese plate or sautéed chicken with champagne sauce. Yum!

This wonderful white blend has a fresh, floral bouquet. Citrus notes with orange rind on the tongue and a well-rounded finish.
This semi-sweet Blanc du Bois wine is delightfully pleasing for an afternoon treat. You’ll note berries and fruit aromas enticing your taste buds. Given it’s age, this wine was still quite flavorful and delicious. We noted hints of banana and floral flavors as the dominant tasting notes. Surprisingly, this old white wine maintained its flavor even after being opened for an hour. It’s always cool to gaze at the deep colors of aged whites and marvel in its physical beauty. Served chilled with a light meal, snack or on its own. It’s good either way. Enjoy!

Stepping Stone Rocks! White Wine 2013, North Coast, California. 13.3% alc. Very pale gold color; lilac, lemon-lime and pear, slightly grassy and herbal, hint of lemongrass; quite clean, crisp, fresh and dry, with a kind of gin-like purity and snap; taut, vibrant, lean but a pleasing, cloud-like texture; crystalline acidity and scintillating limestone minerality; slightly earthy finish.
